JAVANESE PHILOSOPHY = INDONESIAN PHILOSOPHY?

Discussion Javanese philosophy, I think is a very interesting discussion. Interesting to study about how the Java philosophy. But so far there is no satisfactory answer to the question above . It could be because so complex problems inherent in the philosophy of Java.

Speaking about the philosophy of Indonesia, there was once a professor from abroad saying that Indonesia is very different to India, which in that country does not have the original philosophy, the philosophy course consequence that there is more emphasis placed on teaching Western philosophy .

The question now is a true statement of the foreign professors? When referring to the book written by dr. Ciptoprawiro Abdullah, a professor of philosophy at the Faculty of Letters, University of Indonesia, the answer to the question is wrong. Why is that? Because in the book, Abdullah Ciptoprawiro lots uncover and expose various facts related to the philosophy of Java. Nevertheless, the book is an important effort in order to set forth a philosophy of Java in the scientific world.

Name R. Ng. Ranggawarsito he was not the original name. As it turns Bagus Burhan name is his real name. Mas Ngabehi Ranggawarsita or Mas Pajangswara is his father. And Yasadipura II is his grandfather. Inside there was a blood poet of R. Ng. Ranggawarsita poet or poet. It was inherited by his grandfather. As it turns out Yasadipura II is a major poet of Surakarta .

Good pedigree parents of Burhan (real name R. Ng. Ranggawarsita ) there was a blood descendant of blue, from the Sultanate Pajang paternal and the Sultanate of Demak from the mother .
